Great opportunity for Hospitality Purchasing professionals. We are recruiting Group Purchasing Executive at Arora Group Head Office.

This role is to fulfil an all-round supporting role in the Group Purchasing Department, with a specific focus on the Purchasing System management (Adaco system). The role requires a focused and well-organised individual with good communication skills and attention to detail. Adaco database management and support in day-to-day procurement process and activities such as benchmarking and data analysis are the most important elements of the role.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Purchasing and Central Admin:_
- To support the Purchasing Department in review of categories
- To ensure updated supplier information is filed appropriately on the shared drive.
- To assist in the maintenance of a Purchasing data base and the communication process to the hotels
- To produce product and supplier spend reports analysis as directed.
- To support the purchasing team in the specifying and sourcing process of new products and suppliers
- To be responsible for maintaining up-to-date information on the contract and categories management schedule
- To support the Senior Group Purchasing Manager and Group Purchasing Manager to ensure seamless rollout of procurement projects
- To support Group Purchasing Department in ensuring all administrative tasks are delivered in a timely and accurate way
- System Management:_
- To be the first point of contact with regards to Adaco training and system enquiries
- To be responsible for Adaco product and vendor database and system administration
- To be responsible for regular vendor quotation reviews and update in Adaco
- To lead the implementation of Adaco calorie and allergen counting functionality
- To play a key role with introduction of the Purchasing System in new sites
- To review and update existing policies and procedures relating to Adaco.
- To be responsible for keeping required vendor information up to date and ensuring processes are followed with introduction of new suppliers

**What we are looking for**
- Previous purchasing experience in a Hospitality Environment is preferrable, including exposure.
