**Overview**
Thames Marine Services are a fuel and lubricant provider to vessels on the river Thames. Our office is based in Shad Thames, London.
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support and assistance to the office coordinator and crew. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. This is a full time, permanent position and full training will be provided.
**Responsibilities**
Handling customer enquires / booking in process
Updating customer information
Raising quotations
Updating company systems
Filing/arching
Maintain social media presence
Handling post
Placing stock/stationary orders
General admin duties
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills and confidence to speak to customers over the phone
A good team player but can also think and work independently
Basic Microsoft experience
Willingness to learn and adapt as the role grows
Office experience is desired but not essential
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
