The role would be well suited to an enthusiastic individual who has the ability to work both alone and within a team. Working to complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner, you will quickly develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the internal policies and procedures to handle enquiries effectively and work with the designated HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities*
- Support both the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Director by performing key administrative tasks to an excellent standard
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes through the HRIS system ensuring completion of all tasks by the relevant stakeholders
- Take ownership of welcoming new starters into the business, including the issuing of welcome packs, working with line managers to ensure induction programmes are in place and completing the background screening process
- Maintain the data held within the HRIS system, making changes and updates when required to ensure this remains accurate at all times
- Work with the Security & Compliance teams to process starters and leavers in line with Calligo’s internal procedures, providing examples of this for audit purposes when required
- Work on ad hoc and new projects with the HR team, which will include opportunities for development and involvement in broader HR and employee relation activities
- Complete references for ex-employees
**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**
- Previous work experience in HR & Recruitment Administration, including entering and managing data in support of HRIS systems and processes
- Level 3 CIPD HR Foundation certificate (or working towards) is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to complete tasks independently and accurately
- Strong relationship building skills, adopting a supportive approach towards all stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to ensure confidential information is maintained
