FRS are recruiting an Accounts Payable Manager for a global, market leading business based outside Belfast, Northern Ireland.

You will be leading the Accounts Payable team and responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the department, ensuring deadlines are met and supporting growth within your team and recruitment activity.

Ideally you will be familiar with the use of SAP and be experienced with leading teams of a similar size, have proven management skills plus excellent communication across the board.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an already market leading business that due to organic growth and acquisition, are continuing to lead their field.

**Duties will include**
- Overall Purchase Ledger team management (experience of leading a team of 4-8 would be advantageous)
- Ensure timely and accurate processing and payment of all supplier invoices, in line with group policies and procedures
- Timely allocation of cash disbursements across multiple currencies
- Monitor, manage and report on Central Accounts Payable KPI’s
- Oversee adherence to Payment Control Policy
- Manage the invoice query resolution process, including variance analysis and reporting
- Management of monthly supplier reconciliation & GRNI review process
- Maintain & monitor supplier information, incorporating change management, including modification to credit terms
- Preparation of Accounts Payable Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Completion of SOX controls
- Regular scrutiny of creditors ledgers
- Prepare monthly / quarterly Accounts Payable working capital reporting schedules
- Work closely with Source to Pay Lead and Group Finance in assisting with payment forecasting and provide information on Accounts Payable initiatives for quarter end / year end
