**Job Title**: Accounts Payable Specialist
**Location**: Belfast (hybrid)
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Flexi)

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team as we continue to grow. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts for a designated portfolio of commercially managed properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input supplier invoices into the property management accounting systems.
- Prepare and process regular payment runs for suppliers.
- Collaborate with surveyors to prioritise supplier payments when needed.
- Reconcile supplier statements and request copy invoices where necessary.
- Handle queries from clients, surveyors, and suppliers in a professional manner.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Adapt and work flexibly to support the Property Management Accounts team in meeting targets and addressing client needs.
- Undertake any other duties relevant to the role.
- File supplier invoices in an organised manner.
- Work with the central compliance team to maintain and establish supplier accounts.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Proficient in the use of computerised accounting systems.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- A methodical approach to work with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Competent in preparing and formatting reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify work priorities and progress tasks efficiently.

**Experience**:

- 2+ years in accounts payable (preferred)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
