Size matters. When it comes to industry clout and being able to win and deliver on work, then bigger is usually better. But when it comes to having an impact in your teams, smaller is often the way to go.
This isn't new, and often the ideal balance is a small team in a bigger player. But, if you're going down that route, you need to make sure that the team sits right at the heart of what makes an organization tick.
This role, let alone this team, is absolutely crucial to the continued success and dominance of this business, working in C&I scale renewable energy. Working across both public and private sector bids, you'll be part of a fully integrated team who all worktowards the same goals.
Your main responsibilities will be to manage the Bid & Proposal process, drawing on the wider teams skills and experience to create and progress winning bids in the renewables space.
The core of the role will be process management, but you'll need a critical eye and to know what success looks like as you'll have full ownership of the bids you manager. They tend to be 3 major bids at a time, all in the MW-scale. It's not small fry here.
Required experience:
- Renewable Energy experience
- Bid Management - experience winning tenders
- Built environment experience - commercial & industrial scale
