Milk Education are working in partnership with a vibrant and dynamic educational Primary School (SEN) dedicated to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our students, staff, and community. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced School Administrator to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage school administrative functions, including student records, attendance, and communications.
- Utilize Bromcom software for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Provide support to staff, students, and parents in relation to administrative queries and procedures.
- Coordinate and organize school events, meetings, and activities.
- Maintain and update school policies and procedures in line with current regulations.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience with Bromcom software is essential.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a school or educational environment is highly desirable.
