As an **Apprenticeship Programme Coordinator** you will be responsible for delivering a best in class Apprenticeship programme aligned with our global business strategy. You will work cross-functionally with key departments and stakeholders to evolve our programme and develop our future talent pipeline.

**What will you be doing?**

This role is responsible for building effective long-term relationships with external partners such as colleges and training centres to secure the best possible education placements for our Apprentices. Supporting the full apprenticeship cycle, from recruitment through to qualification, you will have overarching responsibility for the Apprentice Community and provide pastoral care for the Apprentice group throughout their programme. This includes engaging meaningfully with all Apprentices to both monitor their progress, discuss future opportunities, and address any concerns.
- Use data to identify areas of development and drive continuous improvement.
- Work in partnership with colleagues to develop relationships, secure training placements and increase the profile of the Carrier brand.
- Monitor the quality of training being provided to our Apprentices and take action when required to ensure all Apprentices meet or exceed their educational milestones.
- Utilise available resources including the Government Apprenticeship tool to drive an increase in Apprenticeship recruitment and maximise utilisation of the Apprenticeship levy.
- Controlling costs and the headcount associated with the Apprentice programme.
- Effectively manage any documentation, paperwork and registration requirements associated with enrolling Apprentices for training and funding.

**Requirements**:

- Subject matter expert on developing emerging talent and a comprehensive understanding of the Apprentice landscape within the UK (e.g., Government levy requirements, ESFA funding rules)
- Strong planning, organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively across business functions with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience of developing and delivering similar programmes is desirable
