Our two-year Level 3 Finance Apprenticeship Programme is designed for people who want to build a rewarding career in a professional field that offers tremendous long-term opportunities.

We will provide you with comprehensive, structured training and work experience that will teach you everything you need to know about being a competent Finance and Accounts professional.

**Salary Details**

Year 1 - £16,818.27; Year 2 - £19,530.89

**What you will need**
- At least 3 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade 4 or above, including English and Maths.
- Competent IT Skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- You must demonstrate that you have the legal Right to Work in the UK.

Ideally you’ll also have an interest in finance and providing high-quality customer service. We’re looking for individuals who display excellent communication, organisation, and teamworking skills.

**About the role**

As a Finance Apprentice you’ll work as part of the Finance Team to help deliver financial results. This office-based role will involve supporting the finance team with completing financial reports, monthly and annual forecasts, managing accounts, profit & loss, compliance checks, and more.

**Your training programme**

The AAT-Level 3 Training Programme will consist of external classroom training, as well as on-the-job training shadowing experienced team members. By the end of your training programme, you’ll be able to confidently produce financial reports, manage accounts, complete necessary checks, and forecasts.

Complete the programme and you’ll join our Head Office team as a fully qualified Finance team member. Here your training will continue, with support from our early careers team.

**Assessment Process**

We run a multi-stage assessment process designed to highlight your relevant skills, qualities, and aptitude. You don’t need any previous experience, but it would be a bonus.
