**Full Job Description**

You will be joining our landscaping Trade Counter Team, you will need to be hard working with great work ethics as in this role you will be face of our business, as part of our Sales Counter team, you will be dealing with all our customers that order or purchase goods from us; you will help with the success of our business by offering the best customer service to both our trade and retail customers. You will also help ensue that all our customers and staff remain safe whilst on our site.

This role can be full time or part time but must include 1 weekend day.

**What you will be doing day to day**

Every day is different working on our site, below are some of the things you will get up to.
- Offer the best customers service and advice.
- Build Strong relationships with our trade customers so they feel part of our Earlswood Family.
- You will help customers with their questions and take orders for all types of products and materials we sell onsite and online. You will prepare quotes and see them through to sales.
- You'll also be responsible for ensuring the safety of your team and correct movement of our products around the site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 28.5 per week

**Salary**: £7.49-£11.00 per hour
