We have an opportunity for an entry Level **Tenancy Sustainment Officer**to join our organisation
The **Tenancy Sustainment Officer**will be based at our offices in **St Helens**
**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
To understand the complex needs of formerly homeless tenants, now occupying temporary/ Supported Exempt Accommodation. To deliver the housing management functions of the business (rent collection, void management, H&S compliance, and tenant allocation /signup) whilst maintaining a consistently high level of customer service that enhances the quality of life for tenants by providing safe, secure and attractive environments; creating sustainable communities.
You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture and ethos.
