If you're passionate about creating experiences that matter and want to be part of a team that's rewriting the rules of events, we want to hear from you We are looking for a motivated Senior Event Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Event Director, the Senior Event Coordinator will provide administrative, organizational, and sales support to ensure the smooth running of the events. **Requirements**: - Experience with managing and coordinating Festivals (required) and Events - Excellent time management and multi-tasking - Experience in finance and financial management (required) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proactive and sales oriented (required) - Organizational and problem-solving abilities - Highly detail-oriented and accurate - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if needed (required) - Experience in organizing the Director's diary, including scheduling meetings, transfers, and travel arrangements. **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Assist the Event Director in the planning and organizing of events such as Festivals, Team Building, workshops and special events - Handle finance-related tasks, such as drafting budgets and managing expenses - Coordinate and manage all aspects of events - Resolve any issues related to events - Negotiate contracts with vendors and Sponsor - Proactively selling, upselling and cross-selling the company's Events, tickets, products, Sponsor packages, and services - Planning and delivering effective lead generation - Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure a successful event - Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients - Participate in Trade Shows and Exhibitions - Ensure that all documents related to the events are accurately filed and stored - Provide administrative support to the event and sales team, such as preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, updating the profit and loss sheet, overseeing invoice management - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Event Director - Manage the Event Director's diary **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Company events - Employee discount - On-site parking Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Overtime - Weekend availability Work Location: In person
