Administrative Coordinator

Main responsibilities of the role:
- Arranging shipments for suppliers and customers. In particular, the booking in of parcels for collection and the arrangement of commercial invoices.
- Update the KPIs on a weekly basis for meetings.
- Order processing. Keep the system updated with new orders and update each order with every stage completed.
- Basic quoting for calibrations and products.
- Chasing customers for upcoming calibrations and in-active accounts
- Organising meetings, scheduling appointments, and overseeing catering during company events
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
- Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees, and company events
- Invoicing - both completed orders and orders that require upfront payment
- Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
**Requirements**:
- (Ideally) Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £13,645.00-£23,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 - 37.5 per week
