As their company continues to expand, they are looking for an experienced and talented HR administrator to join their People Relations team.
You will be the main source of administration for the HR team and also supporting the global HR team.
The role:
- Administration of holidays, sickness and absence, pay reviews, bonus schemes, flexible working requests, sabbatical's etc.
- Handling Adhoc HR queries
- Producing data reports
- Onboarding for new starters including delivering the first day introduction via virtual meeting
- Act as the main point of contact for e-payslips and e-days/benefits queries
- Advising colleagues and managers regarding Maternity, Paternity, and other family leave and pay
- Take ownership as a Sustainability Champion/Social Committee Voice. Providing administrative support for corporate volunteering activities
- Producing visa letters for short term oversees working employees
- Following GDPR protocol and administrative tasks
Essential skills:
- Previous experience in a HR administration role
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite in particular Excel and Word
- Ability to manage and prioritise varying workloads and tasks
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies

The successful HR Administrator will be able to cope under pressure and have the ability to prioritise work and be highly organised. They will be a problem solver with a high attention to detail and great at relationship building as they will be working closelywith the HR shared service team in Colchester.
Previous SAP HR knowledge would be of an advantage as you will be using the system to maintain employee records.
