We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Complaints Handler to join your team in Dartford.

**About the Role**

Joining our team, you’ll deliver a first-class liaison and administrative support in a busy environment to the project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manager, whilst delivering an excellent level of clientliaison to ensure high levels of customer and client satisfaction.

Logging complaints, swiftly resolving and advising outcomes, you’ll deliver agreed targets within the service area, with the support from our Customer Performance Manager and will be required to attend meetings or provide service outside the usual workinghours as agreed and if required, liaising with other departments also.
