Job Overview:
This role mainly involves working with data files, mail merging and the running and organising of print runs. We are looking for someone with a flexible approach within a small company to help in other areas as the business demands, this would also include Admin, Data Entry and working within the mailing fulfilment dept when necessary.

Role Profile:
To manipulate, process and sort address data for mail merging, print and fulfilment.

Adhering to customer guidelines and job instructions

The setting and running of laser printers and envelope printers ensuring quality checks are made as per the company guidelines.

Using inhouse software and the ability to learn new packages

Keeping up to date with new postal services that come into effect.

Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential

Ability to type accurately and efficiently

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Stock management and liaising with suppliers

Adhering to all in-house compliance, policies and procedures

This can be a fast paced role where attention to detail, communication and the ability to work under pressure is required.

- Helping other areas of the business as and when required

We are a small and friendly fun team of 5 where you will be provided with support.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £12.80 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
