**Job Summary**
WindowWorx is a fast growing premium glazing company specialising in high end aluminium doors and windows across the South East. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Assistant to support our digital campaigns and elevate our brand presence across all platforms.

**About the Role**

You will work closely with the Marketing Lead to help deliver engaging digital campaigns and maintain consistent online activity. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and a passion for social media and digital strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms
- Support with setting up and optimising Google PPC campaigns including Search and Display
- Design engaging content including graphics, short videos, and written posts for digital use
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and suggestions
- Assist with updating content and improving SEO on our WordPress website

**What We’re Looking For**
- At least one year of experience in a digital marketing or content creation role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and eager to contribute to a busy and creative team

**Bonus Skills**
- Experience in the home improvement or interiors industry
- Basic photography or video editing abilities

Pay: £13,700.00-£17,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
