We’re looking for an ambitious person to join out team in an exciting period of growth This is an incredible opportunity to be part of our development team to take part in some key decision making and involvement with new features we are looking to bringto our platform. This Business Analyst role will support the team lead with everything from strategy and analysis, workshops to working with our customers

**A typical day**
- Be paired with an experienced Business Analyst who will guide you through the requirements gathering process
- Be a key part of a development team, identifying opportunities with the product and helping propose solutions + guiding the team from idea to delivery of a feature
- Work closely with product + design to evolve existing proposition with new features
- Learn and share knowledge of international rail with internal stakeholders
- Assist with interviewing customers, running workshops with product stakeholders, supporting product discovery and producing suitable set of stories that can be refined to provide context for the development team.
- Learn about Agile scrum ceremonies to be able to facilitate daily stand-up, planning and retrospectives for the development team

**You must have**
- GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent

**Skills needed**
- Have effective verbal and written communication skills
- Can think logically but also creatively
- Are highly customer-focused and passionate about improving the user experience of a product
- Are a fast learner, and can understand complex ideas and concepts
- Are willing to learn and facilitate Agile ceremonies and to take on a scrum master capacity
