QA has been a market leader in the Technology training arena for many years and right now we are in a period of rapid growth It’s an exciting time to be part of the team as we invest heavily in the development of our delivery capabilities including our platforms, products and our people.

**We are looking for an Administrator who can provide administrative and technical support to our customers attending virtual training via an online conferencing platform.**

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Experience using online conferencing platforms (such as Cisco WebEx, MSTeams, Zoom and Customer Service)
- Strong administrative background
- Tenacious and professional approach
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Good attention to detail
- Proactive approach to work
- Customer focused
- Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative
- Great team player with the the ability to form internal relationships
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
