An Administrator with strong admin skills and previous experience in a fast-paced retail or buying environment is needed to join the team at Ocado Retail in Hatfield.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all administrative tasks for allocated suppliers are set up and managed as agreed
- Ensure a good understanding of cost and retail price and work with the supplier to set up products
- Work with the Buyer and Supply Chain to ensure all products lines are organised and ranged on the website correctly
- Check product information are accurate and in line with company guidelines
- Provide daily and weekly reports to buying team as required and any other bespoke or ad hoc requests from the Buyers
- Set up and maintain all promotional activity within the critical path, ensuring you run reports to check start and end dates for live promotions
- Understand and support in critical path management tasks for behaviours, submissions and promotions
- Support income and margin funding is raised on the system
- Raise invoices correctly to suppliers
- Support with the delivery of promotional activity
- Assist the call centre in a timely manner with responses for customer queries in conjunction with the Buyer
**Required Experience**:
- Strong administrative skills, including word and excel
- Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced retail or buying environment
- Minimum GCSE or equivalent
**Required Skills**:
- Numeracy and Accuracy - Strong attention to detail to handle key commercial and product data (attention to detail is key)
