**Life on the team**

We are currently looking for an Administrator to be based 2-3 days out of global headquarters in Hatfield (Hertfordshire). As an Administrator you will be responsible for all aspects of administration within the Demand & Capacity Management tools across all GIS functions.

**What you’ll do**
- Maintain accurate people data by updating and managing employee records in the system and part of Joiners, Movers & Leavers processes
- Manage contract dates, ensuring they do not expire
- Generate and compile time recording reports, ensuring accuracy / compliance with time booking principles
- Monitor queues on a daily basis to ensure timely handling of requests and inquiries
- Manage incoming requests, prioritise tasks, and provide timely responses to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Conduct month-end checks of time sheets
- Perform back-end people data maintenance, including data cleansing and system updates
- Maintain SharePoint platform with up to date processes

**What you’ll need**
- Proven experience in data management or related role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to generate reports and analyse data effectively
- Knowledge of time recording processes and reporting requirements
- Familiarity with SharePoint administration and document management best practices
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and build relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Proactive mindset and ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Proficient in using Decidalo and iRequest systems or similar HR information systems (nice to have)
