**About the role**

We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative team in Cirencester. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the delivery of our strategic objectives, projects, and financial people processes. Working closely with the Strategic Business Planning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of our Business Plan, transformational improvement plans, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations
- Developing check in meetings, standups and plans to make sure we gather appropriate information and hit timescales for feeding into the budget cycle
- Ensuring that all necessary resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials, are allocated appropriately
- Monitoring the progress of delivering objectives, including the early identification of bottlenecks or obstacles, and take proactive measures to address them
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to service delivery, risk and resources. This will include service agreements, project plans, risk registers and calendars.
