THE COMPANY:
One of the leading global tax and consultancy firms is looking for an Automation Technology Lead to join thier growing team. They have over 150 technologists working across the Tax and Legal business, and over 250 tax & legal professionals covering multiple disciplines.

THE ROLE:
The technology lead role in the Automation capability uses a range of low code development platforms and tools to deliver business critcal systems to clients and Tax professionals.

As the technology lead you will be responsible for architecting solutions on Low code platforms, working with a team of engineers to build systems for use by clients and internal Tax & Legal teams. You will also work closely with Enterprise Architects, Software engineers, QA and SRE teams to integrate solutions across company platforms.

You will also work alongside a Product Owner and business analyst to help prioritise deliverables, allowing you to focus on creating world-class solutions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
i.e. Robotic Process Automation, Power Platform,
- Experience architecting solutions on Robotic Process Automation
- Used source control and continuous integration tools as part of a scrum team
- Worked on projects involving integration between multiple systems.
- A passion to work in an Agile Team, working collaboratively with others to adopt best practices
- Experience leading complex technology projects
- Managed resources to deliver to tight deadlines.

BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE:

- Experience working with clients as a technology consultant.
- Experience engineering solutions on ERP systems.
- Built solutions using Power Platform, UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Worked on Intelligent Automation solutions, combing AI, ML and process automation.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Architect solutions to be used across our business.
- Be integral in ensuring the right tools are used to solve problems.
- Lead and support on client Implementations of our solutions.
- Provide mentoring to other members of your team and across the wider team.
- Work collaboratively in a LEAN Agile team using a Scaled SCRUM framework.
- Comply with secure coding & infrastructure standards and policies.
- Continuously improve your technical knowledge, sharing what you learn with others

HYBRID WORKING MODEL
- You will be required to work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
