Platform Team Lead required for a global tech company, based in Glasgow.

A market leading software company whose niche solutions service businesses around the world. They are a brand that you will instantly recognise and whose platform you will have likely used who are looking to continue to grow their customer base whilst continually developing new features.

The company are very forward thinking in their approach and attitude towards technology, and you can expect a range of fast paced, greenfield work. The company are utilising the latest practices and principles, it's hugely collaborative and you will have the opportunity to use the latest tools and tech to solve genuine problems.

You will be leading a small team of Site Reliability Engineers, maintaining a healthy and motivating atmosphere, ensuring that all members of the team are provided with opportunities to work towards their personal and career goals. You will get hands on with projects along with your team, working closely with teams across the business, designing and developing infrastructure and processes and creating CI/CD Pipelines to provide customers with a secure experience.

You will have the following Skills/Experience:

- Experience within a similar role, leading a team managing a SaaS based cloud platform
- Strong Scripting experience; Python, PowerShell
- Experience with Cloud Hosting Services; Kubernetes, Serverless Functions
- Extensive experience with Terraform, Packer, Ansible
- Knowledge and experience of Agile Methodologies
- Some development experience -.Net/.Net Core, C#
