Lead Tech Recruiter / Software Engineers – Edinburgh Established Tech Organisation based in Glasgow are looking for a Technical Lead / Lead Developer to join their Agile function. Opportunity to lead and shape the work on a brand‑new SaaS product, with modern technology. The organisation has been running successfully for years and is currently undergoing a digital transformation, looking to modernise their offerings. They are looking for a couple of key leadership hires to help catapult this vision forward. They have popular products used worldwide (UK, Europe, US and Canada) and have recently launched a brand‑new product – a cloud‑based platform with AI functions – which has already generated significant interest. You will largely focus on this product. In this role you will lead a squad of five Software Engineers and Testers, setting up daily stand‑ups, assigning tickets, unblocking blockers, and championing the work and best practices. As the SaaS product is still in infancy, you will be highly hands‑on with development and architecture. You will code regularly in .Net, SQL, Azure, Microservices and VueJS, but you will also have the autonomy to suggest and implement new technologies that benefit the product. Qualifications You’ll ideally have commercial experience with the following; Software Architecture Cloud Services (ideally Azure, but open to AWS and GCP) Strong programming experience with C# Full Stack Development with modern JS libraries (Vue, React or Angular) The following is highly desirable; Working with SaaS Products DevOps / SRE experience Interest or experience in AI This role would suit an ambitious Senior Software Engineer or experienced Technical Lead looking to join a small product function and shape the next flagship product.
