**About the Post**

The Business Engagement Team is seeking to appoint a Business Engagement Officer who will work with the Business Engagement Team and deliver the support and information required for the Business Engagement Manager. This role will develop a detailed understanding of the policy, processes, and objectives of the University, Key Accounts, and target sectors. Leading on pre and post award activity from initial concept through to proposal development, project management and project completion.

**About the Team**

The Directorate of Business Engagement, Careers & Employability (BECE) is home to the University’s provision of careers, Employability and Enterprise support for our students, apprentices, and graduates; our business development and engagement activities to support local businesses; our provision of Apprenticeships focused on employer-led education and our Centre for Academic and International Partnerships.

We support the University’s mission to:
