We are exclusively working with our Birmingham based client to recruit for a Purchase Ledger on a full time, permanent basis.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

- Purchase ledger and invoice processing for payment.
- Open supplier accounts.
- Collections reconciliations and payment processing on a daily basis, entered into Excel.
- Liaise with the accounts department for the orders and payments of materials and machinery.
- Payment authorisation and checks with Directors.
- Bank reconciliation on a daily and monthly basis.
- Process invoices/receipts of business cards and reconcile with intercompany card balances monthly.
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Purchase Ledger, VAT, and bank reconciliation.
- Have good IT skills including Excel.
- Be well organised.

This is a full time, permanent role, Monday to Friday.
