**Vanta Staffing High Wycombe** are currently recruiting for a **Digital Marketing Manager** to be responsible for developing the company website and Marketing strategy. Great opportunity to manage the website development, social media activity and campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the websites.
- Support the Head of Marketing and Head of Operations to implement and develop new websites.
- Project manage external website agencies.
- Ensure content is kept up to date (working closely with Creative Content Executive and Digital Marketing Executive).
- Oversee the development and implementation of Digital Marketing Plans and Strategy.
- Manage the Digital Marketing Executive and Social Media assistant to develop and deliver compelling digital marketing campaigns.
- Report on channel and campaign analytics
- Project manage external website agencies.
- Manage social media channels.
- Develop social media protocols and processes for the team to follow.
- Oversee the development, execution and measurement of social media advertising.
- Monitor social media performance, set up reports, analysis and social media listening for the Senior Management Team.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent practical understanding of social media and digital content Experience in Facebook and Facebook Live, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Hootsuite, and emerging social networks
- Day-to-day social media posting and engagement experience
- Website development and HTML experience
- Experience in Photoshop, Excel and other online basics
- Good knowledge of web analytics tools
