**TECHNICAL COORDINATOR - RESIDENTIAL HOUSING DEVELOPER**

**KENT**

Potensis are currently working with a leading housing developer based in Kent who are looking to employ a Technical Coordinator to their Technical team and oversee large scale residential developments within the Kent region. The employer also offers a generous salary and benefits as well as having a history of opportunities for career progression.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- To assist in the management of external consultants and production of drawings for the design of site developments
- Liaise, appoint and coordinate external professionals
- The procurement of working drawings and associated information that enables a site commencement and issue externally supplied information
- Coordinate the production of layouts and working drawings
- Assist in the fee negotiation and appointment of consultants
- Ensure updated group drawings are issued in accordance with department procedures

**Additional responsibilities**:

- Interpreting technical drawings to ensure the project is completed in line with the plans.
- Dealing with the administration team of the project.
- Ensuring the project is completed within cost constraints agreed.
- Attend meetings with different teams at various stages of the project.
