Overview Our client, a privately owned bespoke developer operating throughout Kent and Sussex, are looking for a Technical Manager to join their esteemed team. This role promises a stimulating environment where your expertise will be valued and your contributions will directly impact the success of high‑quality residential projects. As a Technical Manager, you will manage two to three projects from planning inception to completion. This position is based between the Kent head office and various project sites in Sussex, providing a diverse and engaging work setting. Key Responsibilities Oversee the technical aspects of projects from initial planning stages through to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations and standards. Manage project timelines, budgets and resources effectively. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in a technical management role within the residential construction industry. Strong knowledge of planning, design and construction processes. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
