As an Development Funding Relationship Manager you will manage the portfolio of Development Funding clients, including the monitoring of ongoing progress, assessment of stage drawdowns and monitoring of exit strategies for live projects, whilst acting asa Relationship Manager for existing clients. Developing client relationships to leverage & assess additional lending opportunities will be a fundamental part of the role, whilst working alongside the Development Funding team to provide great customer serviceand customer outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as Relationship Manager for development funding customers including regular update visits/contact on a rolling programme. This could include monitoring and assessing any outstanding loan terms and conditions, build programme & budget, sales and exitstrategy, whilst highlighting, assessing and managing any emerging risk(s)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a view to leveraging additional lending opportunist and providing an initial assessment and structuring of these in advance of Case Manager involvement
- To assess and process stage drawdowns upon receipt of the required professional certification within agreed SLA’s
- Ensure action taken within agreed timescales on all accounts
- Act as a high level point of contact for customers with issues or concerns and provide appropriate solution and strategy for the benefit of the business
- To build, manage and maintain relationships with clients, brokers and professional advisers, presenting a professional image of the Company at all times
- To actively keep up to date with market conditions - in order that strategies can be reviewed / realigned if changing market conditions dictate
- Adhere to all compliance need within the business (DPA/AML/TCF)
- Fully embrace and demonstrate our company Beliefs
- To communicate and engage with all colleagues/team members at a high level to ensure the delivery of a first class service to our customers

**Qualifications**

Skills & Experience Required
- Experience within Property Development and/or the Development Funding sector, to include technical aspects of development
- An ability to assess and structure a development funding proposal
- Relationship Management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
