We currently have an opportunity, for a self-motivated, enthusiastic person, to join our administration team based near Nantwich Cheshire.

Job description

Utilise social media platforms to increase brand awareness and lead generation through LinkedIn, facebook and other social media channels

Implement and manage data bases

Creating and editing documents and spreadsheets

Keeping files and records up to date

Assisting with the daily organisation of staff and their work schedule

Answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking messages

**Key Skills**

Successful applicants should have an excellent telephone manner, ability to prioritise and manage own workload, experience using, Microsoft outlook, word and excel are essential, whilst experience in Adobe photoshop, Canva and digital content creation would be beneficial

Position is for 3 days a week 09.00-16.00

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nantwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- content creation: 2 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
