We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Engagement Manager to join our team for a fixed term contract (nine months). Supporting our Retail division, you will be creating, planning and delivering cross-channel customer and member marketing campaignsin line with our strategies across acquisition, engagement and retention - driving the delivery of targets and KPIs.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Create and deliver the annual online and offline marketing plans and campaigns based on Retail commercial and operational priorities.
- Responsible for driving campaign engagement through social media ensuring an integrated approach to drive maximum engagement with customers.
- Work with marketing, communications and community teams, as well as third party agencies.
- Manage all customer and member advertising, using customer insight and data analysis to tailor campaign approach and results.
- Develop and deliver bespoke marketing campaigns for specific stores and product based customer initiatives
- Develop supplier relationships with brands to drive customer engagement and marketing opportunities.
- Manage all campaigns to ensure they are delivered to timescales and budget and the value maximised.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation (e.g. GDPR, advertising standards etc.).

**EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- This role will suit an experienced marketing professional with a track record in set up and delivery of campaigns at all stages - brand awareness, acquisition, retention, customer experience and loyalty. Prior retail experience desirable.
- Degree or relevant marketing professional qualification (CIM or equivalent) desirable
- Good understanding of data driven campaigns and ensuring measures and indicators are set and reported on.
- Strong stakeholder management and communications skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders and an ability to brief accurately to colleagues and third parties.
- Ability to plan and use technology to execute campaigns, manage multiple projects, monitor responses and make quick decisions around performance and risk.
- Sound budget management, project management and campaign evaluation.
- Sound commercial judgement and the ability to write effective briefs and assess creative.
- A car/UK driving licence is essential - travel to stores may be required.
