**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including drafting and posting job advertisements, conducting reference checks, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Coordinate offboarding procedures, ensuring a positive experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records (_including training records_) and HR systems.
- Assist in policy development, maintain compliance with company policies, manage documentation and distribution,
- Develop programs that enhance employee relations and promote a positive work environment.
- Support employee relations efforts by conducting initial fact-finding for investigations, documenting incidents, and ensuring all records are handled confidentially.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and HR management, providing guidance on HR policies, labour laws, and employment regulations.
- Identify the need for training, design and implement training programs, therefore Coordinating and facilitating company-wide training sessions on workplace policies, procedures, and development topics.
- Support performance management processes by scheduling evaluations/appraisals, tracking progress, and maintaining performance records.
- Provide support in administering benefits programs, assisting employees with enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
- Ensure employees have correct pay and benefits.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and management of employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Promote equality, health, and safety within the company.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, tracking case progress, and maintaining confidential files.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports such as compensation& benefit comparison reports, presentations, metrics for management.
- Monitor various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave.
**Experience**/ **Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR support or coordinator role.
- Familiarity with HR systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Communication Skills: Effectively communicates HR policies and procedures to employees and resolves concerns with professionalism.
