You will have ownership and accountability for HR functions including Strategic HR Partnering, Workforce Planning, and Employee Relations. You will play a key role in leading and developing our highly motivated HR team, driving our people and culture agenda forwardp> Qualifications: You are an experienced senior HR professional with a proven track record in a large, complex, unionised environment. You are a strategic thinker with excellent analytical, influencing, and problem‑solving skills, and you have extensive knowledge of employment law, employee relations frameworks and sector‑specific challenges.
