As the Deputy Director of Human Resources, you will shape and deliver a progressive people agenda that aligns with the University’s strategic goals. You will have ownership and accountability for HR functions including Strategic HR Partnering, Workforce Planning, and Employee Relations. You will play a key role in leading and developing our highly motivated HR team, driving our people and culture agenda forwardp> Qualifications: You are an experienced senior HR professional with a proven track record in a large, complex, unionised environment. You are a strategic thinker with excellent analytical, influencing, and problem‑solving skills, and you have extensive knowledge of employment law, employee relations frameworks and sector‑specific challenges.
