Job Title: Trainee Account Manager
Location: Potters Bar (Hybrid)

**Salary**: £19,000 - £21,5000 per annum + Quartley bonus incentives
Contract: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

Our client who was established over 20 years ago and provide customers with bespoke services tailored to suit their needs are urgently recruiting for an Account Manager to join their successful business. No experience is required; however, the successful applicantmust have previous customer service experience and a confident with the drive to progress within a new industry

SKILLS REQUIRED
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficient user of MS Office Suite
- Confident and driven

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contacting warm prospective clients and offering them quotes
- Running through with quotes and educating the customer on the best service
- Building relationships and account managing your clients
- Insurance renewal preparation and handling retentions
- Provide excellent customer service and a high level of service
- Updating the database and customer accounts
- Keep spreadsheets up to date
