The client is an established luxury brand who provide business services to the private, commercial and corporate sectors. They are offering an exciting opportunity for a seasoned **Management Accountant** to join their **Potters Bar** office.
**Description**
As a **Management Accountant** in **Potters Bar**, you will:
- Prepare monthly management accounts for clients within a specified deadline.
- Carry out Balance sheet reconciliations and review reconciliations of the Management accounts team.
- Review processes for Revenue and Purchases cycle and develop new processes while maximising efficiency.
- Analyse Management accounts and assist Management in understanding key trends.
- Supervise your team and ensure they have training to achieve their potential.
- Monitor compliance with VAT regulations.
- Develop Group Management Reporting.
- Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
**Profile**
The perfect **Management Accountant** will have:
- Past experience in hands-on processing and recent experience in supervising the key ledgers.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Problem-solving skills.
- Project Management experience is desirable.
