**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect any suspicious activity.
- Utilise CCTV and surveillance systems to monitor behaviour and identify potential risks.
- Manage crowd control effectively during busy periods, ensuring a smooth flow of patrons.
- Enforce venue policies, including age restrictions and dress codes.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid when necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, breaches, or any relevant occurrences.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a security or supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance operations.
- Certification in first aid is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict professionally.
- A keen eye for detail with strong observational skills.
- Must possess a valid SIA licence or equivalent certification.
