Cleaning of new build properties from starting point to handover to clients.

Initial clean - to builders specification - to make sure property is dust free /cleaning windows/bathrooms/kitchens ready for to be painted.

Reclean - to builders specification - thorough cleaning of the property removing paint cleaning all surfaces throughout ,cleaning windows

Final Clean - to builders specification - a final clean of the property for handover to clients - deep clean of property making sure all paint is removed all surfaces cleaned, cleaning windows, exteriors cleaned.

Working at height on ladders to clean windows.

Brick cleaning by jet wash as and when required.

Cleaning of show homes on a weekly basis.

Full clean driving licence is required
