Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.

The role itself will provide a wide range of emergency and contracted services to both commercial and domestic customers centralised around our local centre here in Cramlington.

**What’s involved?**
- Operating a Variety of Tanker units, you will carry out a range of services associated with the tankers, cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customer’s drains, whilst delivering an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise. Predominantly you will be carrying our pre-planned maintenance works and in some cases emergency reactive work
- Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drains
- Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
- Carrying out surveys
- Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
- Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps
- Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided
- Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year

**What do we look for?**
- Experience in Drainage essential
- HGV License
- Confined space preferable
- High pressure water jetting experience
- CSCS
- Have experience with CCTV Surveys and Lining an advantage
- Will have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude

- Be willing to work occasional / unsociable hours
- Hold a full UK driving licence
