Gastro Taverns Ltd. are a pub & restaurant group with sites in North Wales and North West England.

We pride ourselves in serving home cooked food made from fresh ingredients in plentiful portions.

We are looking for 'Front of House' staff aged 16 and over to play a key role in providing a fantastic experiences for our customers.

**Your role**:

- Responsible for taking orders and making recommendations to our customers
- Serving excellent quality food and an equally good range of drinks
- Staying up to date with new products, menus and promotions
- Recommend and up-sell food and drink to enhance our customers experience
- Taking pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Work with the team to create a friendly atmosphere our customers will love
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and licencing laws
- Be involved and contribute at all team meetings
- Carry out instructions as given by management and head office
- Support the back of house team in delivering great service
- Carry out open and close-down procedures of the bar at specific times if required
- Ensure bar stock levels are monitored and rotated
- Carry out any reasonable request that may be made by the House Manager and any other member of the management team.
- Maintain the standards of personal hygiene, dress and appearance as detailed by the House Manager.
