We are seeking a dedicated and passionate experianced Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. **Duties**:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Monitor and record children's progress and report to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years in a nursery or similar setting
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Creativity in planning engaging activities for children
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in relation to childcare settings
