Temporary Marketing Executive

**Temporary Marketing Executive**
**£13 per hour**
**Chelmsford, Essex**
**Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm**
**To be considered for this role, you must be available immediately**
**Duties include but will not be limited to**:
- Promote and market all courses and services to existing and new students, parents, employers and external stakeholders.
- Create written content that can be used across a range of media.
- Identify and interpret the marketing needs of internal staff, translating this into activities which are in the essence of the company.
- Support delivery of the planned schedule of employer activities and events within each department and externally.
- Monitor and respond to all social media channels relevant to the college.
- Work pro-actively with Director of Business Services around business development activities which support new programmes, research and understanding of the training needs of the sector.
- Identify new and emerging opportunities.
- Keep accurate records and ensure data is available for reporting purposes in a timely fashion.
- Monitor financial budgets associated to all advertising and marketing activities.
- Manage all media negotiations with external companies.
- Remain up to date with developments in the economy, developing a sound knowledge of the industry, sharing intelligence with colleagues and building close working relations with
- external stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
**To be considered for this role**:
- Previous industry experience is essential
- Relevant marketing qualifications are desirable
- Highly competent using the Microsoft Office suite
- Confident using various social media platforms
- Copy writing experience is ideal
