**Job Title**

Marketing Executive

**The Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts, with an initial focus on website development and social media management.

This role is perfect for someone who is ready to dive into the world of marketing within the events and installation industry, and who is eager to bring fresh ideas and strategies to the table.

You will be responsible for the businesses marketing efforts across the board, to generate exposure, reach and to open up lead opportunities for the sales team.

**Reports To**

The Marketing Executive will report to the Director.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsible for the overall effectiveness of the businesses marketing activities, measurable against new leads with reports on performance
- Spearhead the development, execution, and optimisation of our online presence, focusing initially on website development and social media platforms.
- Creation of marketing material for internal and external use
- Analyse market trends and competitors’ methods to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Coordinate with external marketing suppliers to create a holistic marketing approach for the business

**Skills and Qualifications**

**Essential**
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Familiarity with building or implementing high performing websites
- Familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.

**Desirable**
- Handy with a camera
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- Industry relevant qualifications

**Hours of Work**

Standard working hours will be 37.5 per week, with time off in lieu for additional hours worked. In very busy periods it may not be possible for time off to be taken in lieu in any given month, therefore overtime may be paid where necessary.
