**Marketing Executive**

**£30-40k Basic Salary DOE | Mon-Fri 9:00-5:15 | will consider 4 days a week | Chelmsford based | Hybrid working available | 23 days holiday + 1 day for every additional year working | Birthday Off | Bonus Scheme | parking | NEST Pension | Fresh fruitin the office |**

**Duties (to include but are not limited to)**:

- To gain the **Attention, Access, Goodwill,**and**Reciprocity** of our clients defined prospect and client audience.
- To mastermind marketing activity that **orchestrates good quality conversations** that can be **demonstrably capitalised on** by the sales team.
- Support the business in its goal to **increase the average value and duration** of its typical client.
- Be an **ambassador for the brand** both face to face and on social channels**.**:

- **Embrace storytelling** rather than broadcast marketing. Show demonstrably how you’re able to get company stories to where they have the most impact.
- **Own and love the CRM database.**Understand its rhythm and trends and be able to represent it within the business as if it were your account.
- Own and drive the marketing plan to ensure timely delivery.
- Close-knit alliance with the sales team which will include sales meeting attendance, coaching, training, or presenting/hearing new ideas.
- Assist the Sales Director to manage and grow a healthy prospect base
- Response and lead tracking.
- Manage and develop the website and support SEO & PPC.
- Drive the company’s social media presence.
- Plan, execute, and host company events. This will include some evening attendance a handful of times a year.
- Comprehensive measurement and tracking of our strategies.
- Be the Customer Success Manager for a designated number of clients, speaking with them directly to understand their aspirations for the project, and afterwards to assess the impact.
- Capture and write regular short stories that reflect our brand and share these internally and externally - and where appropriate, alongside the client contact.
- Manage all elements of the company brand.

**Person Specification**:

- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Previous experience marketing to senior sales and marketing audiences.
- Commercially oriented marketing background with a demonstrable track record of working directly with a sales team to get results.
- Success in growing and measuring social audiences, especially with LinkedIn.
- Being intrigued by what makes people tick.
- Warm & bright personality that is comfortable with being at the top of the table in a meeting or the lead voice on social media.
- Superb organisational skills, with a flair for keeping it simple wherever possible.
