As a key member of the Torus Asset’s team, the Customer Liaison Retrofit Advisor (CLRA) will assist delivery of a highly professional service focusing on liaison with tenants, residents, contractors and Torus staff to ensure smooth delivery of retrofit upgrades across the Torus portfolio.

**This is an important role in which you will**:

- Provide site based liaison with tenants, residents, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of retrofit and investment programmes and projects.
- Educate customers regarding retrofit systems PAS processes and related concepts and to include energy related advice and support.
- Identify, interpret, and collate energy performance certification and related documentation.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have demonstrable experience in a customer service related role
- Be level 3 qualified in Retrofit Advice and Guidance and Energy Advice in Domestic Dwellings (or be prepared to work towards these)
- Have demonstrable experience of the use of Microsoft office software, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ideally have experience within a social housing environment, preferably ECO/ Sustainability and a high level understanding of PAS 2035, PAS 2030 and MCS Accreditations
