**JOB TITLE**:Retrofit Coordinator

**SALARY**: £40k + Commission

**LOCATION**:Altrincham - Office Based/ Hyrbid

**JOB TYPE**:Permanent, Full Time

Leo Xander is hiring a Retrofit Coordinator to join our energy-efficiency client based in Altrincham, delivering Local Authority Grant Schemes to households Nationwide.

Our client has Specialised in energy efficiency measures for over a decade and is now a preferred supplier to some of the biggest names in the industry.

You will work from the office Mon-Thursday and work from home on Friday - please note there is some flexibility on this

**THE ROLE**:
Taking full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation, handover and monitoring.
- Managing the retrofit survey process end-to-end ensuring; high standards of customer service,
- Delivery against specific objectives and targets on retrofit schemes.
- Ensuring the end-to-end survey process and customer journey provides the highest standards for people eligible for the ECO4 & ECO+ schemes
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of the programme with your team, resolving all issues that are encountered.
- Ensuring quality installations, and compliance with PAS 2035:2019.
- Coordinate all areas of the installation.
- Liaising with Retrofit Assessors and installers.
- Communicating with customers in line with the company's Value, Vision & Purpose statement.
- Ensuring the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion of all stakeholders is maintained, throughout the process.
- Identifying areas for process improvements.
- Coordination of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical knowledge for retrofit surveys.

**QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING REQUIRED**
- Level 4 (or above) in Retrofit Coordination

**SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED**
- Have previously worked as a Retrofit Coordinator
- Possess an understanding of current/upcoming energy efficiency measures (ECO4,
- PAS 2035 etc).
- Be able to demonstrate a successful history in managing the survey process.
- Be ambitious, driven and commercially minded.
- Have a qualification in Retrofit Coordination
