The post holder will be a proactive role model who leads in the clinical environment on the provision of clinical education and assessment of competence in critical care.

The post holder will
- work alongside nurses and other healthcare practitioners to ensure the provision of high quality safe and effective evidence-based care; in accordance with local, divisional and hospital policies and procedures
- Assist in identifying and defining areas for improvement and develop targeted teaching and learning activities to facilitate improvement
- Develop and deliver training and educational programmes and optimise learning activities for practitioners
- Ensure that the organisation has an accurate record of a practitioner's learning

**Detailed job description and main responsibilities**:

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
