You’ll work alongside the HR team, handling day to day queries, providing HR and recruitment administration services and advice. You’ll have the opportunity to gain experience across the full employment lifecycle, supporting processes and people initiatives from recruitment through to termination of contracts.

As an HR Apprentice, you’ll have the opportunity to study for your HR Level 3 apprenticeship, alongside the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice. The apprenticeship is delivered over a period of 15 to 24 months. You’ll spend 80% of your time learning on-the-job. The remaining 20% of learning is off-the-job training, with a mixture of remote learning and self-study. You’ll be supported by your line manager and the team to help you thrive in the workplace.
- Educated to at least GCSE standard, with a pass in English and Mathematics
- A confident, articulate manner with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels
- Conscientious, hard-working and customer service focused
- Well organised and committed to completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

**Ways of Working**

You might be pleased to know that along with our flexitime policy, we’ve moved to hybrid working here at WRAP. Although this role is contractually based at either our Banbury or London office, in reality you will be able to work from home, with the caveat of coming into the office to learn and collaborate with your teams as and when you need to. You, your manager, and your teams will have the freedom to decide when this will need to happen, but when it is agreed it will be important that you do attend the office.
