Learning & Talent Coordinator - Bibby Line Group
Location: Banbury (Hybrid, minimum two days in the office per week)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Reports to: Group Learning Manager
Are you someone who loves keeping things organised, making sure everything runs smoothly, and helping people grow? We're looking for a Learning & Talent Coordinator to join our Talent, Learning and Active Inclusion team at Bibby Group.
This role plays a key part in helping us deliver learning, development initiatives across all our businesses. You'll be the go-to person for training logistics, communications, and systems support making sure our colleagues get the best possible learning experience.
What you'll be doing as our Learning & Talent Coordinator
- Act as the first point of contact for learning and development queries.
- Coordinate training sessions, both in-person and virtual – from scheduling to logistics and materials.
- Support external training providers and manage apprentice enrolments.
- Maintain our learning management system (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Track attendance, manage surveys, and compile reports to measure learning impact.
- Process invoices, manage budgets, and keep documentation up to date.
What we're looking for in our Learning & Talent Coordinator
- Experience in administration or coordination, ideally in HR or learning and development.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with digital learning systems.
- A great communicator who enjoys helping others and keeping things running efficiently.
- Able to prioritise, problem-solve, and work well under pressure.
- Professional, discreet, and a team player who takes pride in doing things right.
